Abstract

This is an automatic switching device with a protected electromagnet coil. This coil has a frame (30), lugs (42, 46) and a nest (31) allowing selection between, either connecting those lugs to one of the two safety elements, one incorporating an RC circuit and the other, a voltage limiting component (4), in combination with an RC circuit, or installing a voltage limiting component in the nest, electrically connected to the lugs via internal electrodes (figure 4).
