Abstract
Νέα μέθοδος παρασκευής γαλακτωματώδους θειϊκού βαρίου προς λήψιν ακτινογραφιών διπλής αντιθέσεως στηριζομένη στην παρασκευή δύο επιμέρους ομογενοποιημένων διαλυμάτων Α,Β ως ανωτέρω εκτενώς περιγράφεται και την προσθήκη αντιφυσαλιώδους παράγοντος 60ml η όσον απαιτηθεί περιέχοντος 30 τ.εκ. περίπου διμεθυλοπολυσιλοξάνη ή σιμεθικόνη. Κύριες ιδιότητες του παρασκευαζομένου γαλακτωματώδους θειϊκού βαρίου είναι το ιξώδες, η προσρόφηση επί του στομαχικού βλενογόνου, η καλή ανοχή από τον ασθενή και η έλλειψη φυσαλίδων και κροκιδώσεως. Νέα μέθοδος εφαρμογής του ανωτέρω σκευάσματος με χρήση σματολυτικού φαρμάκου γλυκαγόνης 3 λεπτά προ της χρήσεως αναβράζοντων δισκίων περιεχόντων δισόξινον ανθρακικόν νάτριον 70mg και 30 mg κιτρικόν οξέος και χορήγηση 200ml του εν λόγω σκευάσματος. ω
