Claims for the contracting states : AT CH DE IT LI NL An appliance, more especially an electrical household appliance, provided with a front door (4), pivoting about a horizontal axis (6) between a closed vertical position and a horizontal opened position and provided with a facing panel (7) connected to it by a system provided with pivot links in such a manner as to be applied to the said door in a vertical closed position and remote from the door in the open position, characterized on the one hand in that the facing panel (7) is solely connected to the said front door (4) and on the other hand in that the connection between the door and the panel comprises articulated pivot links (10, 13 and 18) forming deflectable parallelograms with the facing panel (7) and the door (4). 1.
