Abstract

Η πιστοποίηση ταυτότητας ενός ή περισσότερων χρηστών με βάση το βιομετρικό σήμα της φυσιολογίας τους, όπως είναι το φωνοκαρδιογράφημά τους (PCG) ή συνδυαστικά και με άλλα βιομετρικά σήματά τους, επιτρέπει να ελέγχουμε την ασφαλή διασύνδεση των έξυπνων συσκευών μεταξύ τους. Η μικροδιάταξη-μικροσυσκευή που περιγράφεται ως ενδεικτική εγκατάσταση στην συγκεκριμένη εφεύρεση μπορεί να είναι χαμηλής κατανάλωσης ισχύος και μπορεί εν δυνάμει να λειτουργήσει είτε ασύρματα σε μικρές αποστάσεις στο Διαδίκτυο των Πραγμάτων είτε με USB διεπαφή ως εξάρτημα αυθεντικοποίησης (token). Από την άλλη, η μέθοδος δεν περιορίζεται σε συσκευές αυτών των χαρακτηριστικών αλλά μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί και σε έξυπνες συσκευές, αρκεί να εμπεριέχουν τον κατάλληλο αισθητήρα.
