Abstract
Description
Σύνθεσης προϊόντος για την αντιμετώπιση των αυξημένων τιμών σακχάρου σε διαβητικούς με αντιδιαβητική χορήγηση σε μορφή χαπιών Product composition for the treatment of increased sugar values in diabetics with antidiabetic administration in the form of pills
Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common disorders in developed and developing countries, with a rapid increase in most of the world. It is estimated that one third of diabetes patients use some form of complementary and alternative therapy.
Τα φυτικά συστατικά μας που έχουν λάβει ιδιαίτερη προσοχή λόγω των αντιδιαβητικών τους ιδιοτήτων είναι: Coccina Indica (C.I), Eugenia Jambolana (E J), Ficus Bengalensis (F. B), Trigonella Foenum-graecum (T. F). Έτσι είναι απαραίτητο να σχεδιαστεί ένα πρωτοποριακό σκεύασμα με τις αντιδιαβητικές ιδιότητες των Coccina Indica, Eugenia Jambolana, Ficus Bengalensis, Trigonella Foenum-Graecum Our herbal ingredients that have received special attention due to their antidiabetic properties are: Coccina Indica (C.I), Eugenia Jambolana (E J), Ficus Bengalensis (F. B), Trigonella Foenum-graecum (T. F). The active ingredients present in the composition have been reported to have beneficial properties against diabetes mellitus, which is a common condition caused by a deficiency in the secretion or action of the pancreatic hormone insulin. In diabetes, the level of sugar in the blood increases, given the inability of insulin to respond to its work, resulting in hyperglycemia, which is also burdened by the mechanism of glycogenesis in the liver and kidneys, as the only source of glucose is put into operation for human survival in periods of long folly. Herbal medicines are well known in the world for treating many complex diseases alongside modern medical treatment. There are many types of oral medications to reduce hypoglycemia in diabetics. However, it is not enough. Thus it is necessary to design an innovative formulation with the antidiabetic properties of Coccina Indica, Eugenia Jambolana, Ficus Bengalensis, Trigonella Foenum-Graecum

ΑΝΤΙΔΙΑΒΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΔΡΑΣΗ της Eugenia Jambolana αποδείχθηκε σε μία μελέτη που δημοσιεύτηκε τον Απρίλιο του 2009 στο "Indian journal of physiology and pharmacology". ANTI-DIABETIC EFFECT of Eugenia Jambolana was proven in a study published in April 2009 in "Indian journal of physiology and pharmacology". In this animal study, doses of 200mg/kg of body weight reduced blood sugar levels on the 10th day of administration. It also protected against stomach ulcers caused by hyperchlorination.

2011; Article-005.Geetha BS, Hypoglycemic effects of leukodelphinidin derivative isolate from ficus bengalensis. Biochemistry 23(4)394-400.) ANTI-DIABETIC EFFECT OF F.B: Ficus Bengalensis is a large evergreen tree found everywhere in India. This plant is considered very effective in various treatments such as dysentery, diarrhea and diabetes. Ficus is widely used in diabetics. Aqueous extract was administered orally to fasted and glucose-loaded diabetic mice, resulting in a significant decrease in blood sugar at five hours after administration, and replaced the level of electrolytes, glycolytic enzymes, and cytochrome p-dependent hepatic enzyme systems. 450. And finally it reduced the generation of hepatic and renal lipid peroxides at the end of the 12th week of administration. The aqueous extract of ficus bengalensis at a dosage of 500mg/per kg of weight/day shows significant antidiabetic and ameliorative activity as evidenced by histological studies in normal and streptozotocinic (induced) mice.
