The advantage of using expanded perlite regardless of grain size, for the purpose of humidifying all kinds of tobacco products, which is a 100% natural product, inert with a neutral pH, friendly to humans and the environment, is that it absorbs large amounts of water and acts as water repellent as a result of which it channels all the moisture it has absorbed into the tobacco products in which it is used, quickly and effectively, without retaining any percentage of moisture itself and preventing the creation of bacterial contamination of the tobacco product for which it is used to humidify. A standard 4 gram commercial tobacco humidification capsule absorbs only 2 grams of water while 4 grams of expanded perlite absorbs 10 grams of water, i.e. five times the amount. Placing in a RYO 18gr tobacco package, a normal commercial humidification capsule, we observe that, after 24 hours, we have no positive result, not even the slightest increase in the humidity of the tobacco is observed. After 48 hours of placing the capsule, the smoke is moistened by 30% and after 36 hours by 60%, and the capsule must be moistened again (fed with water), as it has lost all its moisture. By using a corresponding amount of expanded perlite, the humidification of the tobacco product is achieved at 100% in just a few hours.
Η επανάκτηση της υγρασίας (αναβίωση) των καπνικών προϊόντων με την χρήση διογκωμένου περλίτη, γίνεται με φυσικό τρόπο μέσα σε σύντομο χρόνο (λίγες ώρες) και με χαμηλό κόστος, επιτυγχάνοντας ταυτόχρονα ανάκτηση της γεύσης του, την ανάδυση όλων τα αρωμάτων του καπνικού προϊόντος και την επανέναρξη του κύκλου ζωής του, σε αντίθεση με τους μέχρι σήμερα χρησιμοποιούμενους τρόπους και μεθόδους ύγρανσης , οι οποίοι αδυνατούν να επιτύχουν την αναβίωση- επανάκτηση υγρασίας των πολυκαιρισμένων και κακώς διατηρημένων τα οποία έχουν χάσει την υγρασία τους και εγκυμονούν κινδύνους βακτηριδιακής επιμόλυνσης, το οποίο δεν συμβαίνει με την χρήση διογκωμένου περλίτη λόγω της φύσης του καθώς είναι αδρανές ορυκτό με ουδέτερο ΡΗ. Σε κάθε περίπτωση , κανένα από τα προϊόντα και τους τρόπους που χρησιμοποιούνται μέχρι σήμερα για την ύγρανση των προϊόντων καπνού δεν μπορεί να πετύχει την ταχύτητα που επιτυγχάνεται με τη χρήση περλίτη στην ύγρανση του καπνικού προϊόντος, ούτε να αναβιώσει και να επαναφέρει φυσικά η τεχνητά σε σύντομο χρόνο το καπνικό προϊόν στην κατάσταση της φυσιολογικής μέσης υγρασίας που απαιτείται για την ανάκτηση της φυσικής γεύσης και των αρωμάτων τους. The recovery of moisture (revival) of tobacco products with the use of expanded perlite is done in a natural way within a short time (a few hours) and at low cost, achieving at the same time the recovery of its taste, the emergence of all the aromas of the tobacco product and the resumption of its life cycle, in contrast to the ways and methods of humidification used to date, which fail to achieve the revival-recovery of moisture of weathered and poorly preserved ones that have lost their moisture and carry risks of bacterial contamination, which does not happen using expanded perlite due to its nature as an inert mineral with a neutral PH. In any case, none of the products and methods used to date for the humidification of tobacco products can achieve the speed achieved by the use of perlite in the humidification of the tobacco product, nor revive and restore naturally or artificially in a short time time the tobacco product in the state of normal average humidity required to recover their natural flavor and aromas.

1. Στο σχέδιο 1 απεικονίζονται οι διάτρητες συσκευασίες σε μορφή stick/σακουλάκι, κάψουλας, πλαστικές η μεταλλικές η χάρτινες ανθεκτικές στο νερό οι οποίες μπορούν να έχουν διάφορες διαστάσεις που στο εσωτερικό τους τοποθετείται διογκωμένος περλίτης ανεξαρτήτου κοκκομετρίας, τον οποίο μπορεί να προμηθευθεί οποιοσδήποτε από το εμπόριο. 1. Drawing 1 shows the perforated packages in the form of sticks/pouches, capsules, plastic or metal or water-resistant paper which can have various dimensions and inside which is placed expanded perlite of any grain size, which can be supplied by any of the trade.
2. Στο σχέδιο 2 απεικονίζεται κουτί ειδικά σχεδιασμένο, κατά προτίμηση κυλινδρικού σχήματος πλαστικό, μεταλλικό η γυάλινο ούτως ώστε το υλικό του να μην απορροφάει υγρασία, στο εσωτερικό του οποίου υπάρχουν τρεις θέσεις τοποθέτησης προϊόντων καπνού : α) Θέση (No 3) πούρων, β)Θέση (No 4) σιγαρίλος και γ) Θέση (No 5) καπνού στις οποίες μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν τα αντίστοιχα κακοδιατηρημένα και πολυκαιρισμένα καπνικά προϊόντα τα οποία έχουν χάσει την υγρασία τους που επιθυμούμε να την ανακτήσουν. Στο επάνω και κάτω μέρος του κουτιού υπάρχουν πώματα κουμπωτά η βιδωτά (No 1 & No 2) στα οποία μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν οι διάτρητες κάψουλες (No 6) οι οποίες περιέχουν διογκωμένο περλίτη, έτσι ώστε, με την τοποθέτηση στο άνω και κάτω μέρος του να διευκολύνουν να διαχέεται ομοιόμορφα η υγρασία στο εσωτερικό του κουτιού. 2. ΑΝΑΛΥΤΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΦΕΥΡΕΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΔΕΙΓΜΑΤΑ DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND EXAMPLES
Με σκοπό την επανάκτηση της υγρασίας(αναβίωση), ύγρανση ή διατήρηση της υγρασίας πάσης φύσης επεξεργασμένων προϊόντων καπνού χρησιμοποιείται διογκωμένος περλίτης ανεξαρτήτου κοκομετρίας λόγω των ιδιαίτερων ιδιοτήτων του να παρακρατά έως και 4 φορές το βάρος του σε νερό (υγρασία) και ταυτόχρονα να δρα ως υδροπροωθητικός διαχέοντας ομοιόμορφα, γρήγορα και άμεσα την παρακρατημένη υγρασία στα καπνικά προϊόντα πλησίον των οποίων τοποθετείται συσκευασμένος ( τοποθετημένος) σε διάτρητη συσκευασία σε μορφή κάψουλας ή stick πλαστική, μεταλλική η χάρτινη ή σακουλάκι πλαστικό μεταλλικό η χάρτινο( βλ. σχέδιο 1) που επιτρέπει την εμβάπτιση του στο νερό. Οι ανωτέρω συσκευασίες που περιέχουν διογκωμένο περλίτη τοποθετούνται μέσα στις διάφορες τυποποιημένες συσκευασίες του εμπορίου η κουτιά ή άλλα είδη φύλαξης και αποθήκευσης των επεξεργασμένων προϊόντων καπνού (σε υγραντήρες κλπ), επιτυγχάνοντας γρήγορα και φυσικά την αναβίωση , επανάκτηση ή την διατήρηση της υγρασίας τους αναδύοντας τα αρώματα και τις γεύσεις τους. Ειδικά για την επανάκτηση της υγρασίας (αναβίωση) των πολυκαιρισμένων και κακοδιατηρημένων καπνικών προϊόντων τα οποία έχουν χάσει την υγρασία τους, χρησιμοποιούμε κουτί, κατά προτίμηση κυλινδρικό, μεταλλικό, πλαστικό η γυάλινο στο μέσον του οποίου υπάρχουν θήκες υποδοχής διάφορων προϊόντων καπνού, όπως αναλυτική περιγραφή αναφέρεται ανωτέρω στο σχέδιο 2 και το οποίο κλείνει στο άνω και κάτω μέρος με πώματα στα οποία μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν οι κάψουλες με τον διογκωμένο περλίτη. Αφού πρώτα οι εν λόγω συσκευασίες που περιέχουν διογκωμένο περλίτη εμβαπτισθούν για μερικά δευτερόλεπτα στο νερό, τοποθετούνται στο άνω και κάτω μέρος του κουτιού, έτσι ώστε η υγρασία του διογκωμένου περλίτη να διαχέεται εξ’ ολοκλήρου και ομοιόμορφα στο εσωτερικό του κουτιού του οποίου έχουμε τοποθετήσει τα κακοδιατηρημένα καπνικά προϊόντα, επιτυγχάνοντας γρήγορα και φυσικά την επανάκτηση της υγρασίας (αναβίωση) αναδύοντας τα αρώματα και τις γεύσεις τους. Α. Βρέχουμε ή εμβαπτίζουμε σε νερό τη διάτρητη συσκευασία η οποία περιέχει διογκωμένο περλίτη, κάψουλα ή stick/σακουλάκι (σχέδιο 1) για 2-3 δευτερόλεπτα, ώστε ο διογκωμένος περλίτης να απορροφήσει το νερό. D.
