The invention relates to a stable fast-release pharmaceutical aprepitant–containing formulation as well as to the preparation method thereof. More precisely, the present invention relates to an aprepitant preparation containing a non-ionic high-concentration surfractant significantly improving the dissolution/release profile of the preparation.
