Abstract

A coaxial rotational damper system of a torsion bar (1) of a vehicle, that uses wing clusters (5) and (6), that rotate around axes (9), supported in stems (10) and (11), within a casing (2). The damping is achieved by the transmission of the rotational motion of eccentric rings (4) to the wings (5), that is caused primarily by the rotation of the torsion bar. The form and the position of the wing clusters defines the damping level. Within an environment of controlled pressure of the fluid of the damper, the damping is made in an active and adaptive mode.
