Abstract

Subject: anti-skid system having adhesion shoes and being adaptable to any carÆs wheels. Constitution: polyurethane plates held by an elastic joint and composed of five shoes interconnected via a rib-guide placed into the groove of the tyres. The surface contacting the road surface has shoes with ribs of different length facilitating the adhesion of the system onto the road surface. Advantages: unimpeded moving of the car on snowy and iced road surfaces due to reduced shocks, the better adhesion on the soil and the more efficient braking; application to any size of passenger car tyres in particular.
