Subject: automatic extended-protection fire-extinguishing system for vehicles. Constitution: special fire extinguishers 1 having two or multiple outlets serving for the launching of the fire-extinguishing material and being permanently installed atthe engineÆs area, under the vehicleÆs hood 2, near the gasoline tank 3 and at any other sensitive point of the vehicle; collision sensors, an equipment provided with an ordinary automatic fire-extinguishing system acting against fire caused by collision, and temperature sensors which -in case of fire due to accidents others than collision- actuate the disclosed herein vehicleÆs fire-extinguishing system intended to protect vehicles and passengers from fire upon prompt launching of fire-extinguishing material 4.
