Abstract

Με τομέα εφαρμογής την διακόσμηση βεργών αλουμινίου και άλλων μετάλλων σε μηχάνημα θερμομεταφοράς σχεδίων απομίμησης εμφάνισης επιφάνειας ξύλου ή καιάλλων φυσικών υλικών. Ο τομέας της τεχνικής στονοποίο έχει εφαρμογή η παρούσα εφεύρεση είναι τα μηχανήματα διακόσμησης προφίλ και βεργών αλουμινίου ήκαι άλλων μετάλλων με σχέδια απομίμησης εμφάνισηςεπιφανείας ξύλου με την μέθοδο θερμομεταφοράς. Ημέθοδος αυτή βασίζεται σε σύγχρονη εφαρμογή κενού σε παρτίδες των 10 έως 20 εξάμετρων ή επτάμετρων ή και τρίμετρων βεργών αλουμινίου μέσα σε φούρνο στους 220 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Το πρόβλημα το οποίο έρχεται να επιλύσει είναι όταν συμβεί απώλεια κενού σε μία από τις σακούλες με τις βέργες μέσα στον φούρνο: τότε η απώλεια κενού είναι κοινή για όλες τις σακούλες με βέργες και έτσι χάνεται το κενό για όλες ενώ η ελλιπής θερμομεταφορά τους καταστρέφει τηνεμφάνιση και τις αχρηστεύει. Το εξάρτημα έξυπνης και ασφαλούς εφαρμογής κενού έχει βαλβίδα (γλωσσίδι αυτόματης απομόνωσης κενού) αμιγώς μηχανικής αυτόματης λειτουργίας βασισμένη στην αεροδυναμική τηςροής του αέρα όπως αναρροφείται από την αντλία κενού και έτσι απομονώνει την προβληματική σακούλα με βέργα από τις άλλες της ίδιας παρτίδας στις οποίες η επεξεργασία συμπληρώνεται χωρίς πρόβλημα. Συγχρόνως αντικαθιστά 2 χωριστούς διακόπτες του εμπορίου αμφιβόλου αποδόσεως στις δεδομένες συνθήκες λειτουργίας, ενώ παράλληλα καταλαμβάνει μικρότερο χώρο με μικρότερο κόστος συντήρησης.
