Abstract
Double crystal with high frequencies of fundamental oscillation frequency (above 50 MHz) which consists of a piezoelectric crystal plate provided by the inverted mesa technique and manufactured by liquid etching so that two active regions for metal deposition are created without coupling between them. The two oscillation elements obtained are independent and can be adjusted at different frequencies. Its application in topologies of crystal filters of small or large band-pass width reduces the number of components and consequently reduces their cost.
