Η εφεύρεση αυτή συνίσταται από επτά διαφορετικές εκδοχές δορυφορικών συστημάτων πολλαπλών δορυφόρωνγια τηλεπαρακολούθηση και με δυνατότητα τρισδιάστατης τηλεαποτύπωσης συμβάντων επί γεωγραφικών στιγμάτων στην επιφάνεια της γής και τηλεμεταφορά εικόνων και δεδομέων σε κέντρα ελέγχου της ίδιας γεωγραφικής περιοχής σε πραγματικό χρόνο.
