Abstract
t is disclosed herein a spring-manufacturing method using for this purpose wire of round or differently shaped calibre. The manufacture of springs follows the manufacture of the initial springs 6 whose constant diameter is smaller or equal to the final spring 7 and the constant pitch smaller or equal to the smaller pitch of the final spring 7, respectively. The selected pitch and the diameter of the final spring 7 are formed by controlled pressure applied on the spiral of the initial spring 6 from the inner side to the outside and from the lower side to the up direction of the initial spring. Said method is characterized by a spring-manufacturing system composed of the central moving sheave 1, the sheaves 2,3,4 adjoining the periphery of the central sheave, and the pin 5 fixed on the arm 12; the arm 12 is connected to shaft 10 seated on the seat 11, which shaft is able to move along its longitudinal axis and rotate about it transmitting, through the arm 12, the motion to the pin 5 sothat the diameter and the pitch of the final spring 7 can be finally achieved.
