Abstract

The mechanism for the density of continuous concrete reinforcement spirals are mechanisms that co-operate with special bending equipment.They feature parts for the rotation of the concrete iron around its axis and the stabilisation to a determined position for bending to the selected inclination which is the density of the spiral of the reinforcement.The mechanism for curbing consists of the base (1) which is placed to the bending equipment, the fixed arm (2), the elongation arm (4), the arm (3) with the seating of the spiral (6) and the termninal blade (9). The seating (6) rotates along with the device for measuring angles (7).The mechanism for a strapping maker consists of two stabilisation jaws for the concrete iron (18 and 19).The jaws stabilise the iron bar with pistons (22) or not, whereas with the assistance of the pistons (23) the jaws (18 and 19) move radially, rotating the jaw arround its axis for as much as required for the determination of the density of the spiral.
