Claims (3)
材を設けて、その研磨部材を研磨対象面に押し付けなが
ら回転させて研磨する研磨具であって、 棒状の研磨部材の複数を前記回転軸部材の回転軸芯を中
心とする放射状に配置して、それらの研磨部材夫々の一
端側を、前記回転軸芯方向に沿って揺動自在に、前記回
転軸部材に支持し、 前記研磨部材の姿勢を、その遊端側が前記回転軸芯側に
近接している第1姿勢と、前記遊端側を回転軸部材基部
側に向けた状態で、その遊端側が前記第1姿勢よりも前
記回転軸芯側から離間している第2姿勢とに切換可能な
姿勢切換機構を設けてある研磨具。1. A polishing tool in which a polishing member is provided on a cantilever-supported rotary shaft member, and the polishing member is rotated while pressing the polishing member against a surface to be polished, wherein a plurality of rod-shaped polishing members are provided.
