Abstract

The present invention relates to a system of rapidly assembling and disassembling an operational bulletproof jacket that can be quickly placed and detached from the user's body if fired from a projectile during an evolving battle. This fast and safe process is achieved thanks to the use of the already existing elements of a jacket and the addition of only four ergonomically placed rings 4 which, in combination with each other and with the rest of the system, achieve the desired result.

Description.

Technical field of the invention.

The present invention refers to a system of rapid assembly and disassembly of an operational vest of equipment and bulletproof protection that can be worn and also removed from the user's body in conditions of tension or combat as the final result is critical on the one hand for the integrity of the user, on the other hand for the outcome of the result of a business. Because an operational deployment and bulletproof vest in addition to the security provided is of particular importance to the users especially the members of the security forces its critical time of use for rapid assembly and disassembly is of vital importance in operational and combat conditions.

The existing assembly-disassembly systems of operational equipment and bulletproof vests used to date are complex in design and their detachable parts are completely separated from each other, which makes their assembly process in the operational field very time-consuming, difficult to understand and not user-friendly of combat or engagement, because they use metal parts, wire rope strings and complex mechanisms which, in addition to hindering the comfort of the user, require complexity of handling and considerable time for their reassembly, which in the field makes the above actions difficult, cumbersome and dangerously time consuming for the user making simple and direct instinctive actions difficult.

Brief description of the invention.

The quick attach-detach system for rapid use of an operational equipping and body armor vest of the present invention, uses the same parts that make up a vest anyway, such as its straps and self-adhesive tapes, without the need for additional mechanisms or composite parts and systems. In this way it becomes fast, simple to use and operate. It can even be used ambidextrous. Whether the side is selected to release in the event of a user injury or other incident, or all four ergonomically positioned links are pulled, complete disconnection of the operational harness and bulletproof vest is achieved without difficulty for the user or support team providing any first aid. . This system does not separate into individual separate parts when released, with the risk of losing unconnected parts.

Its reassembly is done quickly, directly and easily and without the use of special tools and complex methods, which is necessary in operational conditions of emergency or psychological pressure in which the user may find himself, for the immediate and uninterrupted continuation of his actions and tasks .

Description of the invention.

A useful object of particular importance for the safety of human life such as the operational vest of equipment and bulletproof protection also includes problems of application, fit and adjustment for the user. The user is physically strained to the extent that his operational action and efficiency is reduced, so all elements of his operational load must work perfectly so as not to create additional problems for him. The effectiveness and protection of the vest therefore depends on its functionality. The coordination of its individual parts must be such that its use can be achieved with speed and ease especially in conditions of combat intensity and operational pressure as well as in situations of serious injury to the user. This is how the present quick-mount-dismount system was born for optimal use.

The system has only four D-ring or O-ring connecting rings, of which two rings (kR-kL) on the shoulders (one right and one left) and two rings (mk1-mk2) in the middle (one right and one left) of sufficient internal diameter to allow the user's finger to enter, either gloved - or non-gloved, in order for any pull command to be successful in rapidly releasing the operational harness and bulletproof vest.

1. Each of the (kR) or (kL) shoulder release loops is secured with each (ImR) and (Iml) strap 2.5 cm wide and 3 cm loop-fold length.

The overall free length of the top straps (ImR) and (Iml) for carriers (Fe) and (Fo) of the one-size-fits-all (all) body type is 28 cm to the edges of the eyelets, so that only the eyelets are exposed (mk1) and (mk2) to connect the carriers on the one hand of the front (Fe) and on the other of the back (Fo) whose size is consistent with the body of the user, the length of each strap varies according to the size of the Carrier (both soft anti-ballistic armor as well as hard instead of ballistic armor). 2. Each waist release loop (mk1-mk2) is attached with the waist strap (ml) or (m2) 2.5cm wide and 3cm folding loop length. In the middle of the carrier (Fe) the other end of the belt (ml) or (m2), is connected to the front free part of the connection zone (Z) of the front-back part of the two carriers. One strap on the right side and one strap on the left side, 14cm free length to leave only the eyelet exposed, for wearers of one size for each body shape. For carriers whose size matches the user's body, the length of the strap (ml) or (m2), varies according to the size of the carrier.

In the outer front free part of the connection zone (Z) of the carriers (Fe) and (Fo)), there is a trapezoidal surface which has a Velcro coating of the "loop" type and is gauzed around it.

On the inner side of the belt (Z) and anti-diametrically opposite to the externally shaped trapezium it is lined with correspondingly shaped and sized Velcro "hooks".

In the externally formed trapezoid of Velcro "loops" on both the right and left parts of the belt (Z), the strap (ml) is fixed parallel to the sides. The 3cm wide strap forms a handle for detaching the internal Velcro from the front part of the carrier (Fe), once the outer covering of the lower part of the carrier has already been detached from the external Velcros of the belt (Z), thus allowing regular release of Carrier (Fe).

In order to achieve quick release of the carrier belt (Fe), the strap (ml) or (m2) when the carrier has been fitted to the body and before being covered with the outer covering of the chest, is folded back leaving only the release loop ( mk1) or (mk2) outside the overlap of the lower part of the chest - Carrier (Fe).

In this way the release rings are accessible from either side i.e. ambidextrous for the user to pull either (mk1) or (mk2) for quick release at will.

Expedited Release Procedure.

The shoulder loop that serves the user is selected, either right (kR) or left (kL) at will.

By pulling the selected link in the direction of arm's length, the shoulder and back interconnecting strap (ImR) or (Iml) releases from one shoulder the carrier (Fe) from the back (Fo)).

The two carriers now at the point of one shoulder have been released. In order to release the waist link, select the corresponding waist link with the shoulder link that has already been released. By pulling the loop at arm's length, the side section connecting strap between the chest and back carriers is released at the waist point.

The carrier pair (Fe) and (Fo) is now completely released.

Quick Alignment Process.

For a quick fit, the quick release shoulder strap is joined to the back interconnecting strap (shoulder overlay) by folding it towards the chest.

The shoulder pad folds around the quick release strap. Only the strap loop now protrudes.

The shoulder overlay closes and secures via Velcro completing the reassembly of the shoulder.

In order to connect the carriers (Fe) and (Fo)), in the side part between the chest and the back the overlay of the lower part of the carrier's chest is detached from the velcro by pulling it upwards.

The side part is joined with the velcro of the carrier. Then the waist quick release strap must be turned in the opposite direction, passing under the vertical strip - handle (3cm wide) located on the side.

Only the release strap loop now protrudes beyond the lower chest overlap.

The lower chest overlay closes, securing back to the carrier's velcro, completing the user-friendly reassembly process.

Claims (1)

1. A system of rapid attachment and detachment of an operational equipment and body armor vest, capable of being quickly attached and detached from the user's body in situations of operational stress, engagement and combat. The system is characterized by the fact that it carries the carriers (Fe) and (Fo)) which on the shoulders carry the connection and disconnection rings (kR-kL) and in the middle the connection and disconnection rings (mk1-mk2) and by the fact that each shoulder release loop is fixed with each strap of (ImR) and (Iml) while the length of each strap varies according to the size of each carrier and since each waist release loop (mk1-mk2) is fixed with the waist strap (ml ) or (m2) while their ends are joined to the belt (Z) for a quick and user-friendly ambidextrous release, with no additional required parts beyond those that make up the operational equipment and bulletproof vest, except for four ergonomically placed rings that combined among themselves and with the rest of the system, they achieve the intended result, that is, rapid assembly and disassembly, under unfavorable conditions without the use of tools, special and complex with methods and wasting critical time.
