Abstract

Novelty: a transportable double-operation roaster is disclosed. Constitution: the lid 1, the roasting plate and the oven. The roasting plate bears at the top wavy flutes 7 enabling fat to flow towards the collection point 15 and elevated wings 6 at the 3 sides, preserving the temperature in case of open-air roasting. The base of the roaster is planar to enable equal temperature distribution. Furthermore, the invention bears four closure securities 4, a transport handle 3 and a transport belt 2 fixed on the two securing points of the belt 5.

DESCRIPTION

"DOUBLE FUNCTION PORTABLE GRILL"

The present invention refers to an arrangement, construction of a grill where with the special design the innovation of double function is achieved, i.e. from below as a baking oven and from above as a grill.

The invention will become apparent by reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is shown by way of illustration.

Figures 1a - c show the grill lid, grill plate and grill oven respectively.

Figure 2 shows the front view of the portable dual-function grill in section.

In order to achieve the purpose of this innovation, the present arrangement was devised, Fig. 1a - c, which consists of the following parts:

The baking plate, Fig. 1b, which in the upper part has wavy grooves (7) for the fats to flow under the food to the fat collection point (15) and on three sides raised fins (6) to retain the temperature from the air, as long as the baking is also done in an open space. The bottom of the baking plate is flat for even distribution of temperature and four fins (5) extend downwards around the perimeter which retain a large part of the temperature at the base of the baking plate, Fig. 1 b and the rest is led down to operation of the baking oven is achieved, Fig. 1c.

The lower fins (5) have four semi-circular slots (8) to rest on the support pins of the plate (17) which are fixed to the two longitudinal sides (9) of the baking oven, Fig. 1c which has four sides (9 ) that rise up to the height of the baking plate, Fig.

From the four sides of the oven (9), one acts as an oven drawer (14), where the food is placed and at the same time the combustion supply containers are checked and safely replaced, which are placed for safe transport and operation inside sheet metal holes (10) (11) which is fixed in the center to the base of the baking oven drawer (14). Inside the oven is the grease collection container (15).

At the bottom outside of the oven, Fig. 1c, there are four height-adjustable feet (16) for leveling the grill.

And finally, the upper part is the lid (1), Fig. 1a where it has four closing locks (4), a carrying handle (3) and two locking points (2a) where the shoulder strap for carrying (2) is applied.

In its application, the present invention works as follows:

Unlock the cap (1), Fig. Ia, and remove it. Next, open the drawer (14) of the baking oven Fig. 1c, place the combustion supply containers (12) within the predetermined points (10). On both sides of these, food can be placed for grilling.

The combustion supply containers (12) light up and the drawer (14) closes. Within 4-5 minutes the grill plate, Fig. 1 b, heats up and you can start grilling food on it.

Depending on the desired amount of food to be grilled, one to four combustion supply containers (12) can be used.

The portable double-function grill is placed exactly on the grill plate at the appropriate height from the flame (21) but also providing the ideal clearance around the grill plate and the sides of the oven (9) achieving the maintenance of the combustion and the retention of the maximum temperature inside the oven, where from the outer perimeter of the gap, the oxygenated air (18) enters, following the course near the sides of the oven (9) down (19) and then from the lowest point (20), approaches and feeds the flame (21), as a result of which the remaining space is allowed to circulate the hot air, whose path starts from the base of the baking plate and in a horizontal path outwards, meets the lower fins where they will divert the path of the hot gases downwards (25), to avoid the vertical meeting and cutting off of the oxygenated air intake path (18). The other advantage of this deflection is the achievement of the stay of the hot air for a much longer time inside the oven, as a result of which it can function as a baking temperature oven.

1. Portable dual-function grill, consisting of a grilling plate (17), mounted on horizontal positioning axles, a grilling oven, inside which there is an oven drawer (14) and a grease collection box (15), and a lid (1 ), characterized by the fact that at the base of the oven drawer (14) and in its center there is a base for supporting combustion supply containers (11) with four holes (10) for the safe placement of combustion supply boxes (12) and in the remaining empty space the food is placed for baking. 2. A portable double-function grill according to claim 1, characterized by said food grilling plate, which is placed on the mounting axes of the plate (17) where in its upper part along its entire length it has wavy grooves (7) for the flow of fats when cooking food, which will fall into the fat collection container (15), the perimeter of the upper part has three raised fins (6) to hold the temperature when cooking in an open space, while in the lower part the base it is flat for equal temperature distribution, and on the perimeter four fins (5) extend downwards to retain the temperature and the rest tend downwards where the baking oven is located, on the two width fins there are two semicircular notches (8) for placing the baking plate on the two axes (17), where the two semicircular slots (8) located above the fat collection container (15), have a higher opening and above them are the side of the baking plate without an upper flap, so that with its installation there is a relative inclination of it for the flow of fats into the fat collection container (15). 3. Portable double-function grill according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said lid (1) closes the grill and has four closing locks (4), a carrying handle (3) and a carrying strap (2), which is attached to the two belt locking points (5).
