Abstract

The invention relates to the base-blade 4 destined to support water supply fixtures on walls. Said blade is furnished with two integral alignment spirit levels (1,2): the spirit level 1 placed in parallel disposition to the support blade 4 in order to align this last according to the symmetry axis X and the second detachable spirit level 2 aligning said blade with regard to the second symmetry axis g.

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μια βάση στήριξης εξαρτημάτων ύδρευσης η οποία φέρει ενσωματωμένα αλφάδια ευθυγράμμισης. The present invention relates to a support base for water supply components which has built-in alignment levels.

Ο όρος βάση στήριξης εξαρτημάτων ύδρευσης αποδίδεται στη λάμα η οποία αρχικώς εγκαθίσταται εσωτερικά της τοιχοποιίας. Η λάμα φέρει οπές σε προκαθορισμένες αποστάσεις, στις οποίες τοποθετούνται ορειχάλκινα εξαρτήματα ύδρευσης και θέρμανσης. Τα εξαρτήματα αυτά αποτελούν αναμονές για σύνδεση διαφόρων τύπων προϊόντων ύδρευσης και θέρμανσης όπως μπαταρίες ύδρευσης και διακόπτες υδροληψίας. Σήμερα στη βιομηχανία κατασκευής εξαρτημάτων ύδρευσης και θέρμανσης υπάρχουν μεταλλικές βάσεις στήριξης εξαρτημάτων ύδρευσης χωρίς την παρουσία ενσωματωμένων αλφαδιών ευθυγράμμισης. Η ευθυγράμμιση της λάμας γίνεται με ανεξάρτητο εργαλείο ευθυγράμμισης. Η χρήση του εργαλείου παράλληλα με την τοποθέτηση της λάμας καθιστά την εργασία δύσκολη και χρονοβόρα με αποτέλεσμα τη μη ορθή τοποθέτηση του προϊόντος. Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις για διευκόλυνση της εργασίας δεν χρησιμοποιείται καθόλου το εργαλείο ευθυγράμμισης ή και σε πολλές ακόμα περίπτωσης δεν χρησιμοποιείται λόγο έλλειψης του. Κοινό γνώρισμα σε όλες αυτές τις εργασίες είναι η τελική θέση του προϊόντος να μην είναι τοποθετημένη ευθύγραμμα όπως για παράδειγμα οι μπαταρίες ύδρευσης. Σκοπός της καινοτομίας είναι να γίνεται σωστά η τοποθέτηση των εξαρτημάτων ύδρευσης, η εργασία να μην χρειάζεται μεγάλο χρόνο εγκατάστασης και την καταβολή μεγάλης προσπάθειας, και χωρίς την απαίτηση βοηθητικών χεριών. Γενικά στοχεύει στη διευκόλυνση της εργασίας του εγκαταστάτη με το βέλτιστο αποτέλεσμα. Η λύση αυτού του προβλήματος επιτυγχάνεται τοποθετώντας στη βάση στήριξης (4) αλφάδια ευθυγράμμισης (1) και (2) όπως παρουσιάζονται στο σχήμα 1. Το προϊόν έχει τη δυνατότητα της ευθυγράμμισης σε δύο άξονες συμμετρίας με χρήση δύο ανεξάρτητων αλφαδιών (1) και (2). Το ένα αλφάδι (1) είναι ενσωματωμένο παράλληλα στη βάση στήριξης με δυνατότητα αφαίρεσης του που δύναται να ευθυγραμμίσει τη λάμα κατά τον ένα άξονα συμμετρίας (χ). Το δεύτερο αλφάδι (2) τοποθετείται σε ειδική βάση που φέρει σπείρωμα, η οποία βιδώνεται κάθετα στα εξαρτήματα ύδρευσης, και κατά τον τρόπο αυτό δύναται να ευθυγραμμίσει τη βάση στον δεύτερο άξονα συμμετρίας (y). Με την παρουσία των δύο αλφαδιών ευθυγράμμισης (1) και (2) πλέον ο κάθε χρήστης - εγκαταστάτης έχει τη δυνατότητα της σωστής και ευθύγραμμης τοποθέτησης του προϊόντος με ευκολία και ταχύτητα στην εγκατάσταση.
