Πόσιμα φαρμακευτικά διαλύματα τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν νατριούχα φωσφορική δεξαμεθαζόνη ως δραστικό συστατικό και έναν υδατικό φορέα που αποτελείται από προπυλενογλυκόλη και ένα ρυθμιστικό διάλυμα. Τα διαλύματα της παρούσας εφεύρεσης, αν και δεν απαιτείται να περιλαμβάνουν αιθανόλη, εμφανίζουν εξαιρετική σταθερότητα.
