Abstract

Πόσιμα φαρμακευτικά διαλύματα τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν διθειούχα κλοπιδογρέλη ως δραστικό συστατικό σε συνδυασμό με έναν υγρό φορέα που περιλαμβάνει πολυαιθυλενογλυκόλη 400, αιθανόλη, προπυλενογλυκόλη και λιγότερο από 50 mg/ml νερό. Εάν απαιτείται τα διαλύματα φέρονται στον τελικό όγκο με την προσθήκη κατάλληλης ποσότητας ενός παράγοντα ρύθμισης του ιξώδους. Τα διαλύματα της παρούσας εφεύρεσης εμφανίζουν βελτιωμένη βιοδιαθεσιμότητα σε σύγκριση με τα εμπορικά διαθέσιμα δισκία Plavix.
