Abstract

Ανδρείκελο το οποίο μπορεί ο οιοσδήποτε (αρχάριος είτε προχωρημένος) αθλητής πολεμικών τεχνών ή μαχητικών αθλημάτων να χρησιμοποιήσει για να εκτελέσει μονοδραστικά τεχνικές χωρίς τη παρουσία συναθλητή ή προπονητή προσομοιώνοντας στο μέγιστο δυνατό βαθμό τις πραγματικές συνθήκες παιξίματος ("sparring"). Το ανδρείκελο, μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί σε όλες τις θέσεις (χέρια και πόδια) μέσω συνδέσμων (Σχήμα 1) (1) άρα εν αντιθέσει με το σάκο, προσομοιώνει επιτυχώς τη κλειστή άμυνα ενός αντιπάλου αντέχοντας πυγμές και λακτίσματα πλήρους δύναμης με απόλυτη ασφάλεια για τον αθλητή. Έχει σε όλες τις αρθρώσεις αλλά και στη μέση, ελατήρια (Σχήμα 1) (2) που προσφέρουν επαναφορά στη παθητική μετακίνηση που προκαλείται στο ανδρείκελο από τα χτυπήματα που δέχεται. Αρα, απαλείφεται και το πρόβλημα της στατικότητος. Το ανδρείκελο αποτελείται από μεταλλικό σκελετό και βάση στήριξης τοίχου. Μπορεί να επικαλυφθεί με οτιδήποτε αφρώδες υλικό και στη συνέχεια με δέρμα ή δερματίνη. Δυνητικά μπορεί να επικαλυφτεί με οτιδήποτε άλλο υλικό (καουτσούκ, σιλικόνη κ.τ.λ.) αρκεί ο ασκούμενος στο ανδρείκελο να μην χτυπήσει κατά την άσκησή του.
