Abstract

Subject: Olive screening machine seated onto wheeled frame (7). Constitution: A mechanically oscillating screen (1) meant for the separation of the harvested olive-fruit from foliage, a mechanically-supported arrangement connected to the screen and intended to transmit and convert the rotary motion into pulse motion (2), the initial motion being initiated by the integral motor (8), and a fan-equipped leaves remover taking the foliage away to the outside of the screening machine, through the air conduit (4) wherein the fan-produced air is collided with the harvested product (fruit and leaves) conducted-after screening-into the inclined guiding funnel provided. At the collision point between olive fruit, foliage and air current there is positioned a front foliage- and olive fruit-discharging provision (5) acting as a regulator for the removal of leaves via the moving blade (6) and as a funnel conducting olive fruit to the terminal section of the olive screening machine whereon a storage sack is manually positioned. Purpose: Significant increase of productivity throughout olive harvesting.
