Abstract

Novelty: Water paddle for hands. Constitution: A compact slightly flexible planar base constituting the main body (1) where to there is incorporated a meshed or an ordinary smooth elastic belt (2) wherein the swimmer's hand palm can easily and consistently be inserted, the rear part of the body (1) ending in the arm (3) having on its right and left side two incorporated flexible semi-circular parts (4) facilitating the easy and consistent insertion of the swimmer's wrist, and the ribs (5) at the lower surface of the main body (1) which ribs (5) are designed to enhance the resistance of the hand swim fin to exerted pressures. Advantages: The hand swim fin in question is lightweight and can be inserted or removed in an easy and fast manner. Purpose: To entertain swimmers of any age and help them enjoy swimming; to help shipwrecked persons in saving physical strength necessary for their survival; to help lifeguards to reach swimmers in danger, faster.
