Abstract

Τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται σήμερα για καλύψεις όψεων κτιρίων είναι υαλοπίνακες, απλά ή σύνθετα φύλλα αλουμινίου, πλάκες μαρμάρου ή γρανίτη κλπ., που τοποθετούνται με αντίστοιχα συστήματα αλουμινίου. Τα συστήματα αλουμινίου που κυκλοφορούν σήμερα στην αγορά για κάθε μορφή και υλικό κάλυψης, είναι πολλά και έχουν μεγάλο αριθμό προφίλ και διαφορετική διαδικασία τοποθέτησης, με αποτέλεσμα, αύξηση των απαιτήσεων σε εκπαίδευση και εξειδίκευση προσωπικού για τον χειρισμό των υλικών, και αύξηση του χρόνου και κόστους κατασκευής. Οι αδυναμίες αυτές αίρονται με το τυποποιημένο σύστημα πολυμορφικής κάλυψης όψεων, με το οποίο γίνεται χρήση ενός μόνον προφίλ αλουμινίου για τα κατακόρυφα στοιχεία του σκελετού ( 1. 1, 2. 1, 3. 1, 4. 1, 5. 1, 6. 1, 7. 1) και ενός για τα οριζόντια ( 1. 2, 2. 2, 3. 2, 4. 2, 5. 2, 6. 2, 7. 2 ) για όλα τα υλικά κάλυψης, καθώς και ενός για τη περιμετρική στήριξη κάθε υλικού με παράλληλη εφαρμογή της ίδιας πάντοτε διαδικασίας και σειράς τοποθέτησης για όλα τα υλικά.
