Abstract
Εμβόλιο DNA, το οποίο αποτελείται από μία δομή DNA, η οποία με τη σειρά της αποτελείται από ένα φορέα έκφρασης που μπορεί να εκφραστεί σε ένα ευκαρυωτικό κύτταρο και ένα θραύσμα νουκλεοτιδίου, το οποίο αποτελείται από μια ακολουθία τρανσποζάσης τύπου αντι-ΓΡΑΜΜΗ-1 και η οποία έχει εξαιρετική δραστικότητα και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για την καταπολέμηση ασθενειών που προκαλούνται από τον ιό του ανθρώπινου παπιλώματος όπως είναι ο καρκίνος των γεννητικών οργάνων ή η προκαρκινική αλλοίωση των γεννητικών οργάνων, ο καρκίνος της κεφαλής και του τραχήλου της μήτρας ή ο γαστρεντερικός καρκίνος. Επίσης, φαρμακευτική σύνθεση και μέθοδος παρασκευής του εμβολίου DNA.
