Abstract

Γραναζωτή Αντλία Διπλού Χιτωνίου που αποτελείται από το σώμα γραναζωτής αντλίας αποτελούμενο από τον κορμό (7) και το πρόσθιο και οπίσθιο καπάκι έδρασης αξόνων (6) και (8) αντίστοιχα, και περιβάλλουσα διάταξη εξωτερικού κοίλου περιβλήματος (χιτωνίου) θερμαντικού ελαίου, αποτελούμενο από δύο ανεξάρτητα τμήματα το πρόσθιο και το οπίσθιο καπάκι κυκλοφορίας θερμού ελαίου (4) και (9) αντίστοιχα, τοποθετημένα στις δύο μετωπικές πλευρές του σώματος της αντλίας, έτσι ώστε να περιβάλλουν αντίστοιχα το πρόσθιο και οπίσθιο καπάκι έδρασης αξόνων (6) και (8), όπου βρίσκονται και οι εδράσεις, εκατέρωθεν των αξόνων, και διασυνδεδεμένα μεταξύ τους με τον αγωγό κυκλοφορίας θερμαντικού ελαίου (1) με τρόπο ώστε να θερμαίνονται οι εδράσεις αλλά στη συνέχεια και το κυρίως σώμα της αντλίας. Το πλεονέκτημα της αντλίας αυτής είναι ότι με την ισοκατανεμημένη θέρμανση, απελευθερώνονται όλα τα κινούμενα μέρη της, επιτρέποντας τη σύντομη και χωρίς πρόκληση φθοράς, εκκίνηση της άντλησης.
