Abstract

Αυτή η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με γαστροανθεκτικά επικαλυμμένα με υμένιο εντεροδιαλυτά δισκία ακετυλοσαλικυλικού οξέος σταθεροποιημένα έναντι της διάσπασης του ακετυλοσαλικυλικού οξέος μέσω της διαδικασίας παραγωγής τους. Ειδικότερα, η εν λόγω εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με επικαλυμμένα δισκία ακετυλοσαλικυλικού οξέος όπου η αποσύνθεση σε οξικό οξύ και σαλικυλικό οξύ επιβραδύνεται από την ενσωμάτωση σ' αυτό, πριν από την τελική του επίστρωση, ποσότητας από το πολυμερικό υλικό επικάλυψης σε ρΗ μικρότερο του 3 απουσία άλλων παραγόντων εκτός του πολυμερούς και του πλαστικοποιητή, τροποποιώντας κατά αυτό τοτρόπο την κοινός αποδεκτή διαδικασία επικάλυψης που χρησιμοποιεί ρΗ μεγαλύτερο του 3 και συγκεκριμένα 5-5, 5, με συνέπεια την αύξηση της σταθερότητας των επικαλυμμένων δισκίων και μείωση του χρόνου παραγωγής τους.
