More precisely, the cheese mass is moving in the horizontal in order to be horizontally cut out by a grid-like cutter while another simple cutter cut out same cheese mass in the vertical so that perfect cheese cubes can be formed. Advantage: cheese production in whatever shape and dimensions. Use in diary products industry.
