Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά έναν πρότυπο κόπτη τυριού - τυρομάζας. Εν προκειμένω, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά ένα κόπτη σε σχήμα σχάρας (Σχέδιο 1 και Σχέδιο 2), ο οποίος κόβει το τυρί - τυρομάζα στο επιθυμητό από το χρήστη σχήμα με δύο μόνο κινήσεις. Συγκεκριμένα, η τυρομάζα κινείται οριζοντίως και διέρχεται από τον κόπτη σε σχήμα σχάρας, ο οποίος την κόβει οριζόντια, ενώ ταυτόχρονα ένα άλλος, απλός κόπτης την κόβει κάθετα, με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργούνται τυρομάζες σε σχήμα τέλειου κύβου. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση μπορεί να μεταβάλλεται κατά τρόπο, ώστε να επιτυγχάνεται η παραγωγή τυριού σε οποιοδήποτε σχήμα και διαστάσεις. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε βιομηχανίες τυροκομικών προϊόντων.
