Abstract

Το ΠΟΛΥΓΥΜΝΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ «ΤΣΕΠΗΣ» αποτελείται από δύο πέλματα (1) ορθογώνια ή ελλειπτικά, από τέσσερις χειρολαβές (2), που αντιστοιχούν δύο σε κάθε πέλμα, από δύο σχοινιά (3) που συνδέουν τα πέλματα (1) με τις χειρολαβές (2) και ιμάντα (4) δερμάτινο ή πλαστικό επί των πελμάτων (1). Η αντίσταση των άκρων, που συνδέονται με όλες τις δέσμες των μυών του σώματος μας, κατά την εφαρμογή των ασκήσεων, χωρίς ελαστικότητα των σχοινιών, καθιστά την εφεύρεση επαναστατική στην ιδιότητα της ισομετρικής γυμναστικής, θεαματικά αποτελεσματικότερη και σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.
