Abstract

An exercising device includes a body (1) formed with at least one groove (11) to be fitted to a front of an ankle, wherein a sit-up exercise or lower body training is enabled without settling the body on a certain place. The exercising device further includes fastening means (2, 3) to fit and fasten a sole of a foot and an ankle thereon when the ankle is placed in the groove (11); the body (1) is separable into left and right bodies (1a, 1b); and a weight may be inserted in or mounted to the inside or the outside of the body (1). With this configuration, a user can get various exercises in a stable posture without straining his/her ankle even though the exercising device is not fixed to a floor.
