Abstract
The present invention refers to the use of an analytical procedure for the simultaneous quantification of human lymhoid B,T, and NK cells and the subpopulations of said lymphoid cells present in blood wherein the sample is incubated with five different monoclonal antibodies conjugated with three different fluorochromes, the emissions fo said fluorochromes being measured and the results obtaines from said measurements being analyzed using multiparametric analysis.
