Abstract

Πλαστικό εξάρτημα για προφίλ αλουμινίου που εφαρμόζεται σε εκείνο το προφίλ αλουμινίου (13) που σα σκοπό έχει την αγκίστρωση των επάλληλων φύλλων ενός συρόμενου συστήματος κουφωμάτων. Το εξάρτημα φέρει υποδοχές (1) και (8) για βουρτσάκια έτσι επιτυγχάνεται στεγανοποίηση σε δύο σημεία , μεταξύ των επάλληλων φύλλων (15) λόγω των βουρτσών (10) και μεταξύ εξαρτήματος και οδηγού (14) της κάσας λόγω των βουρτσών (9). Τα βουρτσάκια (9) στο κάτω μέρος σκουπίζουν κατά την κίνηση του φύλλου τους οδηγούς και απομακρύνουν έτσι τυχόν ξένα σωματίδια. Το εξάρτημα φέρει εγκοπή (2) και τρύπα (3) για πλαϊνή και εμπρόσθια στερέωση του με βίδες επί του προφίλ αλουμινίου (13) και επιπλέον πώματος (6) για κάλυψη της εμπρόσθιας βίδας. Η διαμόρφωση και οι διαστάσεις του εξαρτήματος είναι τέτοιες που καθιστούν πιο δύσκολη την παραβίαση του συρόμενου συστήματος κουφωμάτων και τέλος το συνεργαζόμενο με αυτό προφίλ αλουμινίου λόγω ακριβώς αυτής της διαμόρφωσης χρειάζεται μόνο ίσια κοπή.
