Abstract

Subject: moving neck-rest pillow.Constitution: any ordinary pillow 8 either set in position by the user himself or permanently incorporated to the moving mechanism (fig.3,4) which may be manufactured inter alia in two construction modes: 1) it is made of a spring allowing the return of the neck to the rest position, automatically; 2) it is made of two hinges, levels 1,2 and lifting means 6,4 or 4,6,9 hoisting the one side M of the pillow, tracing an ascending cycle arc and simultaneously running in the horizontal with respect to the fictive straight line of the spine. Advantages: protection of the neck from harmful effects caused by horizontal forces straining the neck while sleeping or resting.
