Abstract

Υγρά ή και λυοφιλιωμένα ακινητοποιημένα γαλακτικάβακτήρια σε φρούτα (ολόκληρα ή κομμάτια, νωπά ή αποξηραμένα), πούλπα φρούτων, δημητριακά ή συνδυασμός αυτών, χρησιμοποιούνται στην βιομηχανική-βιοτεχνική παρασκευή γαλακτομικών προϊόντων (οποιοδήποτετύπου τυριού, γιαούρτης και επιδορπίων με βάση το γάλα) για ενίσχυση της λειτουργικής και ευεργετικής δράσης των γαλακτομικών προϊόντων, βελτίωση των θεραπευτικών συστατικών και αύξηση του χρόνου συντήρησης τους.
