Abstract

he proposed device has the ability to imitate all these procedures that an experienced coffee prepared of a traditional coffee shop in order to brew a Greek coffee, according to all relevant scientific specifications. The device is characterised bythat it features a panel with the operation switches, the containers of the materials, the water container and floater, the water dose meter, the elevator system, the pot inversion system and the system for the rotation of the disk of cups. The procedures that the proposed device consists of: 1. Pouring inside the pot of the correct analogies of coffee and sugar according to the size of the cup used each time and the type of the order 2. Flow of the respective quantity of water according to thetype and quantity of the order into the pot. 3. Good mixing of the materials in the pot and extraction of the mixer (Small spoon) from it. 4. Heating of the contents of the pot, appearance of froth and rising of the ready coffee (the later being evident by the contact of the froth with the mixer which now serves as a froth sensor). 5. Interruption of heating and removal of the hot plate from the bottom of the pot in order to avoid the formation of burned coffee deposits. 6. Inversion of the potand emptying of its contents into a cup. 7. Washout of the pot from the residues of the mixture (optional) 8. Rotation of a disk with 6 cups in steps so that each one of them is filled after the other, in succession.
