Abstract

Πρόκειται για ένα διμέθοδο σύστημα παραγωγής, που αποτελείται από τη μια μεριά από τη νέα μέθοδο, και από την άλλη μεριά αξιοποιεί την προϋπάρχουσα τεχνική.Η νέα μέθοδος συνίσταται στη κατεργασία τεύακτηρίζεται από θεαματικά υψηλότερη παραγωγή και παραγωγικότητα και φθηνότερο βιομηχανικό κόστος.Στις σπάνιες εκείνες περιπτώσεις που η τιμή της Α.Ζ., μπορεί να ανέλθει υπέρμετρα, η νέα μέθοδος μπορεί να χάσει την ευρεία οικονομικά υπεροχή της έναντι της προϋπάρχουσας τεχνικής, οπότε ενεργοποιείται παραγωγικά η δεύτερη αυτή, συμπληρώνοντας τα παραγωγικά κενά και βελτιώνοντας έτσι τα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα της εφεύρεσης.Το πιο πάνω σύστημα οικοδομείται πάνω στο σκελετό ενός υπάρχοντος εργοστασίου ζαχάρεως, με περιορισμένες σχετικά δαπάνες μετατροπής, που ανέρχονται στο 22-26 % περίπου του αρχικού παραγωγικού εξοπλισμού και αποσβέννυνται ταχύτατα αν το σύστημα λειτουργήσει, για λίγο χρόνο, με τη νέα μέθοδο.ΰ
