The invention relates to a system meant to regain the heat waste of the exhaust gases produced in each boiler via a water heater which is heated up by the boiler's exhaust gases. The steam whose temperature ranges from 125 to 130 centigrade is produced by the exhaust gases of the steam boiler and, being conveyed to the steam boiler, it reduces the boiler's working by 50%. The system is designed to use a damper which helps the cheminey draught in equalising the pressure faillure of the exhaust gases in their passing through the water boiler; the said damper is positioned on the chimney of the flexible conduit which is destined to drive out the exhaust gases from the water boiler.
