Abstract

The central air heating system using a fire source consists of an one block air pipe (8), of the pipe nozzle of the cold inlet air coming from the outside environment (1), of the pipe nozzle of cold air coming from an inside area (3), of the selection valves (2), of the system for adjustment of the forced air circulation (4) which is positioned before the exhaust gas pipe and preheating area (7), of the air heating area (5), of the fire source (6) which is on the air passage, of the air cleaning filters (10), of the warm air distribution system (9) and of the nozzles for warm air emission (11). The cold air which is entering in the air pipe is filtered and is led (15) through the exhaust gas pipe and preheating chamber, then is heated in the heating chamber and after being filtered again, is finally distributed heated through the distribution system to the areas to be heated. The advantage of this invention is that it allows to warm up any area, on reasonable costs, with low installation and maintenance costs, low costs for combustible material, fast reaching renewal of the air in the area to be heated. Its application is easy on any new or existing heating or fire source (heater, chimney, heating body, grills for professional use, industrial heat producing equipment, etc.). Its transport and reinstallation is also easy.

Description

DESCRIPTION OF A
CENTRAL AIR HEATING SYSTEM USING A FIRE SOURCE
The invention refers to a central air heating system using a fire heating source, which consists firstly of an one block pipe, for cold air on the inlet side, and warm air on the outlet side, secondly of the exhaust gas pipe and preheating chamber area, thirdly of the fire source and finally of the air heating area.
The central heating system is widely known and functions within a closed encirclement, through warm water recycling, which is heated up in a boiler with the help of an oil burner. The warm water ends up through a piping system in heating bodies which are positioned in the rooms to be heated. This central heating system requires high costs for its operation, its equipment, the installation of the boiler and the heating bodies and for maintenance. Additionally this system has a relatively low efficiency degree.
The benefit of this invention is that it offers quick and immediate heating of the relevant area, without the use of a boiler and of expensive facilities. This system is cheaper since there is a minimum of thermal losses, as the air is preheated within the preheating chamber from the exhaust gas pipe. It renews the air in the area needed to be heated, keeping the relative humidity. The parts of the installation are light and they can easily be transferred and reinstalled in an other place. The system can be used on every existing heating source of any kind, as well as on chimneys, and increases the efficiency degree of the existing heating source through better dissemination of the heat widening up the range of the heat transfer. It is environmental friendly as it decreases emissions and the temperature of the exhaust gases.
This central air heating system using a fire is characterised by an one block pipe. It has an inlet side allowing the cold (fresh) air to enter either from the outside environment or from a closed area. After being filtered the air is led through the exchanger facility of the exhaust gas pipe and preheating area. After this preheating phase the air goes through the main heating area, where it is heated by the fire source. After being filtered the warm air is led through the outlet side of the pipe and a through a distribution system towards the areas to be heated. The air movement is achieved with the help of a system which forces the air circulation. This system is positioned before the exhaust gas pipe and preheating area and before the fire source. In the drawing a overall view of the central air heating system using a fire source is shown. The fire source is positioned between the air inlet side ("cold/fresh") and the air outlet side (warm) which is in the area to be heated. The drawing presents the function and the parts of the central air heating system using a fire source which consists of a facility which forces the air circulation (4) and which is positioned before the exhaust gas pipe and before the air preheating chamber, of the air pipe (8), of the selection valves (2), of the pipe nozzle to the outside area (1), of the pipe nozzle to the inside area (3), of the air cleaning filters (10), of the heating area (5), of the fire source (6), of the exhaust gas pipe and preheating chamber (7), of the distribution system (9) and of the nozzles for warm air emission (11).
In the drawing an one block pipe is shown which has on one end a cold air entrance and on the other end a warm air exit. The air is air is warmed up while passing through the pipe. This system can be applied on all kind of new or existing heating source or fire source (heater, chimney, heating body, grill for professional use, industrial heat producing machines, etc.). The combination of the exhaust gas pipe and of the cold air inlet pipe, which can be applied on an existing fire source, offers many benefits, such as the diminishing of the operation time and of the consumption of the heating source, taking better advantage of its heat production. It is possible that only a part of the air inlet and preheating pipe (parts 1, 10, 3, 2, 4 and 7) in combination with the distributing system (parts 2,9, 11, 8, 10 and 5) can be used, connected directly to the existing fire source and therefore diminishing the costs. This system offers also the possibility of teleheating. In order to warm up larger areas an air boiler can be used in the chosen area by constructing openings in the pipe. The size of the air boiler will depend on the size of the area to be heated. For the case of a new construction of a heating source additional benefits can be reached. They are a slow burning of a small amount of combustible material, a higher heat transfer to the inlet air pipe, a higher performance of the heating source and a decrease of the heat losses from the exhaust gases. This invention can function using all kind of burning material, such as solid, fluid or gas combustibles, as well as batteries, generators and electricity.
