'Ενα μηχάνημα (1) για τον κλιματισμό αστικών χώρων και ταυτόχρονα παραγωγής ζεστού νερού υγιεινής περιλαμβάνει ένα τμήμα θέρμανσης (3) και ένα τμήμα ψύξης (4) νερού για τον κλιματισμό χώρων εναλλακτικά συνδεδεμένα με μία πλειάδα "FUN COILS" (5) και που περιλαμβάνουν αντίστοιχα έναν εναλλάκτη θερμότητας (9) αερίου - νερού και τουλάχιστον ένα συμπυκνωτή (30) σε σχέση θερμικής ανταλλαγής με ένα δοχείο συσσώρευσης (14) για την παραγωγή ζεστού νερού υγιεινής.ω
