Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αυτή αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παραγωγής καυσόξυλου, σε συμπαγές κυλινδρικό σχήμα διαμέτρου 50/63/75 για να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως καύσιμο υλικό. Το καυσόξυλο παράγεται απο τον ελαιοπυρήνα του καρπού της ελιάς. Μετά την κατεργασία του ελαιοκάρπου (ελαιοπυρήνα) στα ελαιουργεία και τα πυρηνελαιουργεία ακολουθεί προεργασία και κατεργασία : Σιλό-Δονητής (διαλογέας) - Κοχλιομεταφορέας- Μίξη νερού (για άνοδο υγρασίας 12-14%). Στην συνέχεια ο ελαιοπυρήνας μεταφέρεται σε κυλινδρική πρέσσα για συγκόλληση και μορφοποίηση σε κυλινδρίσκους (Φ8/10/12 mm, μήκος 0,5-2,0cm). Ακολουθεί ψύξη για αποθέρμανση σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος και στη συνέχεια μεταφέρεται στην κυρίως μηχανή (οριζόντια παλινδρομική πρέσσα συνεχούς παραγωγής) από όπου εξέρχεται ως καυσόξυλο και οδηγείται σε οδηγό με μπεκ ξηρού αέρα για αποθέρμανση. Στη συνέχεια σε κοπτικό μηχάνημα για κοπή σε επιθυμητό μήκος και συσκευασία. Το παραχθέν καυσόξυλο είναι φυσικό, οικολογικό με μεγάλη θερμογόνο δύναμη (5025 Kcal/Kgr) και σταθερή υγρασία (12-14%). Οι ιδιότητες αυτές το κάνουν ιδανικό για καύση σε τζάκια, ξυλόσομπες, φούρνους ξύλου, ψησταριές, κ.λ.π.ωThis invention refers to a method of producing firewood, in a solid cylindrical shape with a diameter of 50/63/75 to be used as fuel. Then to a cutting machine for cutting to desired length and packaging. The firewood produced is natural, ecological with high calorific value (5025 Kcal/Kgr) and constant humidity (12-14%). These properties make it ideal for burning in fireplaces, wood stoves, wood ovens, grills, etc.
