Απορρυπαντική σνθεση αυτομάτου πλυντηρίου πιάτωνσυνταγοποιείται σαν γραμμικό ιξωδοελαστικό, ψευδοπλαστικόομοιάζον με πηκτή υδατικό προϊόν, εξαιρετικώς καλής φυσικήςσταθερότητος, χαμηλού υπολείματος στη φιάλη, μικρής διαρροήςαπό το κύπελλο και βελτιωμένης καθαριστικής συμπεριφοράς,επίσης δε η σύνθεση ουσιαστικά δεν προσκολλάται στηνεσωτερική επιφάνεια ή διαβρέχει την εσωτερική επιφάνεια μιαςπολυολεφινικής φιάλης. Η γραμμική ιξωδοελαστικότητα και ηψευδοπλαστική συμπεριφορά επιτυγχάνεται με ενσωμάτωσητουλάχιστον ενός πυκνωτικού του τύπου εγκάρσια συνδεδεμένουυψηλού μοριακού βάρους πολυακρυλικού οξέος.
