Abstract
Μέθοδος που επιτρέπει σε καμπτικές μηχανές σύρματος την δημιουργία τρισδιάστατων σχημάτων δια της στρέψεως του σύρματος περί τον διαμήκη άξονά του πέραν του ορίου διαρροής και προώθησης ούτω μονίμου πλαστικής παραμόρφωσης. Τα βασικά μέρη ενός μηχανισμού πραγματοποίησης της μεθόδου αυτής είναι (Σχήμα -1-)η ακίνητος αρπάγη (8) και η περιστρεφομένη αρπάγη (9) του σύρματος. Δι' εμβόλων οι κινητές σιαγόνες (11) πιέζονται επί των ακινήτων σιαγόνων (12) και εγκλωβίζουν ισχυρά το μεταξύ αυτών ευρισκόμενο σύρμα. Η περιστρεφομένη αρπάγη περιστρέφεται δια του αλυσοτροχού (18) που ευρίσκεται εις τον άξονα συστήματος σερβοκινητήρος (22) και μειωτήρος στροφών (23), του οποίου την γωνία περιστροφής μετρά ο αισθητήρας γωνίας περιστροφής (24). Δια την περιστροφή της περιστρεφομένης αρπάγης δυνατόν να χρησιμοποιήσει μειωτήρα τύπου "Ατέρμων-Τροχός" και ο τροχός να αντικαταστήσει τον αλυσοροχό. ωA method that allows wire bending machines to create three-dimensional shapes by twisting the wire about its longitudinal axis beyond the leakage limit and promoting such permanent plastic deformation. The basic parts of a mechanism for carrying out this method are (Figure -1-) the stationary grab (8) and the rotating grab (9) of the wire. By means of the pistons the movable jaws (11) are pressed on the fixed jaws (12) and firmly trap the wire between them. The rotary grip is rotated by the sprocket (18) located on the servomotor system shaft (22) and speed reducer (23), the angle of rotation of which is measured by the angle sensor (24). To rotate the rotating grip it is possible to use a gearbox type "Endless-Wheel" and the wheel to replace the sprocket. ω
