Abstract
Eν αντιθέσει προς τας μέχρι σήμερον χρησιμοποιουμένας μεθόδους ανακτήσεως θαλασσίου άλατος - κυρίως χλωριούχον νάτριον - καθαρού ή με μηδαμινά στοιχεία από εκείνα τα απαραίτητα δια την εύρυθμον λειτουργίαν του ανθρωπίνου οργανισμού που περιέχει η θάλασσα και με την πολιτικήν απορρίψεως των οχληρών "αλμολοίπων", η παρούσα μέθοδος ανακτήσεως πλήρους, φυσικού, βιολογικού, θαλασσίου άλατος ακολουθεί την κάτωθι διαδικασίαν. Το καθ'οιονδήποτε γνωστόν σήμερον τρόπον συμπυκνωθέν μέχρι του σημείου κορεσμού εις χλωριούχον νάτριον και απαλλαχθέν εκ του αχρήστου θειικού ασβεστίου, θαλάσσιον ύδωρ, θερμαίνεται υπό συνήθην ή μεγαλυτέραν πίεσιν μέχρι του σημείου βρασμού και ψεκάζεται υπό κενόν ή υπό ατμοσφαιρικήν πίεσιν εντός καταλλήλων συσκευών ακαριαίας και ολικής εξατμίσεως - μέχρι ξηρού - δια ψεκασμού, ως αυταί που μας προσφέρει άφθονα η σύγχρονος τεχνολογία. Λαμβάνονται ούτω λεπτότατοι λευκοί κρύσταλλοι ή λευκή κόνις ανάλογα με τον τύπο της χρησιμοποιηθείσης συσκευής ακαριαίας και ολοσχερούς - μέχρι ξηρού - εξατμίσεως. Το ούτω ανακτόμενον άλας είναι πολύ υγροσκοπικόν και επιβάλλεται η συσκευασία του εντός καταλλήλων πλαστικών ή εξ αλουμινίου δοχείων, τα οποία να είναι ικανά να διατηρούν στεγανόν το περιεχόμενον των και μετά την αποσφράγισιν του πώματος των. Ταυτοχρόνως με την παραγωγή του πλήρους, φυσικού, βιολογικού, θαλασσίου άλατος ανακτάται δια της καταλλήλου ψύξεως των κατά την ακαριαίαν εξάτμισιν απαγομένων υδρατμών και αφαλατωμένον ύδωρ εις αναλογίαν 2,5 λίτρων ύδατος ανά 1 χιλιόγραμμον πλήρους, φυσικού, βιολογικού, θαλασσίου άλατος. ωIn contrast to the methods used up to now for the recovery of sea salt - mainly sodium chloride - pure or with zero elements of those necessary for the proper functioning of the human organism contained in the sea and with the policy of rejecting the nuisance "residues", the present method recovery of complete, natural, biological, sea salt follows the procedure below.
