Abstract

A method for sulfur cement production provides the sulfur heating up to 130-140C temperature, received hydrogen sulfide removal, addition of modifier therein, and mixing, cooling and crushing of recieved mixture; at that, supplement with compressed air under high-pressure is executed after heating of sulfur. The mixture of sulfur and modifier obtained by mixing is placed in electromagnetic turbine, and is processed with electromagnetic field; at that, refined oil or oil-containing wastes are used as the modifiers. Furthermore, the modifier is added therein, in amount of 0.1-1.5 mass% of sulfur, compressed air is supplied with 1-15 atm., preferably – 6-7 atm. pressure, and mixture treatment is executed with electromagnetic field during 5-30 seconds. s
