Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania brykietów opalowych z zastosowaniem materialów odpadowych. Istota tego sposobu jest to, ze do wsadu podstawowego, którym moze byc mial wegla kamiennego, mial wegla brunatnego, flot, osady z oczyszczalni scieków lub inny mineral o duzej wartosci opalowej, w ilosci od 30 do 98% wagowych dodaje sie od 5 do 15% wagowych materialu odpadowego, od 1 do 10% wagowych lepiszcza, od 1 do 20% wagowych biodopalacza i od 1 do 5% wagowych ekododatku oraz ewentualnie, w zaleznosci od potrzeb, innych dodatków. Skladniki te miesza sie dokladnie i nadaje sie im postac ciastowata, po czym wytlacza sie z niej pozadany ksztalt, na przyklad groszku lub kostki, w zaleznosci od potrzeb, za pomoca urzadzen o duzym nacisku.The subject of the invention is a method for producing opal briquettes using waste materials. The essence of this method is that to the basic charge, which may be hard coal, brown coal, fleets, sludge from sewage treatment plants or other mineral with high calorific value, in the amount of 30 to 98% by weight is added from 5 to 15 % by weight of waste material, from 1 to 10% by weight of binder, from 1 to 20% by weight of the bio-burner and from 1 to 5% by weight of eco-additive and, if necessary, other additives. These ingredients are mixed thoroughly and made into a dough-like form, after which the desired shape is extruded, for example peas or cubes, depending on the needs, with high pressure equipment.
