1. Technical Result Conferring resistance of plants to bacterial, fungous and viral diseases. 2. Essence Nucleic acids encoding polypeptides confer resistance of plants to pathogens are isolated. The mentioned constructions can be used to produce transgenic plants resistant to the pathogen. There is provided a method to produce resistance to Xanthomonas spp. 3.
