Abstract
Invention falls into technologies of ceramic production and can be used for coating porcelain, semivitreous and faience items. Technical result of the invention is widening of an interval of furnacing, increase of gloss and reception of a covering of brown tones. Unfritted glaze has temperature of furnacing 1150-1300°С, gloss of 73-82 %; color from dark brown up to brown. The technical result is achieved by that glaze containing SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O, additionally contains SO3, MnO, BaO, with a following ratio of components, mass %: SiO2 61,96-68,51; Al2O3 1,79-2,34; Fe2O3 4,22-4,44; CaO 1,79-2,34; MgO 0,18-0,34; Na2O 5,66-6,66; K2O 2,11-2,51; SO3 1,04-2,58; MnO 1,87-8,48; BaO 0,10-0,40. 4 tab.
