Abstract
This invention refers to production of non¬alkoholic beverage. Technical result is to improve the organoleptic properties of the product. The method comprises loosening sweet grape husk and seeds at the humidity of 90-95%, fermentation at temperature 45-500C during 55-60 min., drying at 80-1000C during 20-30 min., extracting water at 75-800C during 35-40 min. at the proportion of water and grape husk and seeds (5-6):1; the extract is concentrated and dried. 1 tab.
